President’s Message

I want to take a moment to thank you for allowing me to serve this great community for the past 13 years in one form or another, including serving as your President. It’s been a wonderful experience and an honor to serve. My objectives were to keep property values high and costs at a reasonable rate. With the help of my Board members and volunteer residents, I think we have achieved these goals.

On July 10th, our community had a set-back when Mother Nature decided to pay us a visit with very strong winds and rain. We have been in recovery mode since that time and hopefully should be back to normal in the very near future. With the help of many, we handled this emergency without having to put out large expenditures even though it has taken some additional time.

The Community is looking for new Board members, committee volunteers and others to keep Superstition Foothills to our high standards. If you have any interest, please consider serving as a Board member or a volunteer, whether it be Trails, Activities, Landscape or other. Contact our Management Company if you would like to participate.

Thank you again for allowing me to serve.

John Rosenthal, President
