Pool Patio Furniture

The furniture at the Community Pool was a mixture of original and replacements that were similar. Many were stained, damaged, outdated and in need of replacement. The HOA Board approved a committee to discuss, research, price shop and present their recommendations to the Board for final approval. Many factors were taken into consideration by the committee; warranty, style, color, cost. The furniture chosen carries the most substantial warranty we found – 15 year warranty on the frames and 5 year on straps. There was much discussion about adding color but the final recommendation was to continue with earth tones to maintain our desert appearance. We recommend keeping a few of the old chairs/tables in storage and donating the remainder to charity. The committee also raised the number of chaise lounge chairs from 20 to 30 as a shortage was noted on weekends and holidays.

A huge Thank-You to the volunteers who helped unpack and set-up the new furniture in the blazing July heat. We sincerely hope everyone enjoys the new furniture.
